In India Power distribution and availability of uninterrupted power supply is still a bothersome issue. Powerzone offers a range of inverters, home UPS and inverter batteries to choose from. When most companies talk about solutions for Power-cuts, we at Powerzone go a step further in bringing quality back-up power supply for unhindered performance during Power-cuts. Our Powerzone Home UPS incorporates a unique “DSP Technology” which delivers an unmatched industry best Pure Sine Wave that not only gives you peace of mind during power cuts but also protects your valuable gadgets during varying voltages and rapid voltage drop.

Here are general steps to check the power load before choosing a home inverter:

1. Calculate the wattage requirements of each electrical appliance that you want to run on the inverter. You can find this information on the label or in the manual of the appliance.
2. Add up the wattage requirements of all the appliances you plan to run simultaneously on the inverter. This will give you the total power requirement in watts.
3. Check the capacity of the inverter you are considering. Inverters are rated in volt-amperes (VA) or kilovolt-amperes (kVA).
4. Make sure that the capacity of the inverter is at least equal to or greater than the total power requirement of all the appliances you plan to run simultaneously.
5. Also, consider the surge power requirement of some appliances such as refrigerators, air conditioners, and pumps. They may require more power than their steady-state power consumption.

It is recommended to consult with an electrician or a professional before choosing a home inverter to ensure you get the right product and installation suitable for your needs.
